My Story
The passion for presenting can be traced back to the early days I started giving training to the company employees.
Whether as a trainer or speaker at conferences, I’ve been on a presenting path from the start. The reason for all this? I like people to get excited about things I’m excited about. Right now, that’s anything and everything about wedding ceremonies.
I frequently found myself in front of class, training groups of people in the different elements of the aviation industry. It was there that I learned that the message really lands when humour is included.
The same applies to your wedding ceremony. After the vows and the rings are exchanged your wedding ceremony needs a good dose of humour. Together with the bride and groom’s input, it’s the recipe to make your wedding ceremony an unforgettable one.

As your wedding celebrant I interact.
I don’t direct all my attention to the wedding couple. No!!
During the ceremony I occasionally step away from the wedding couple and mingle with the party of family and friends. From a safe distance the wedding couple can enjoy the interaction that I’ve with them.
As a Celebrant I must be a good listener, communicator, writer, planner, speaker and at all times maintain a calm and supportive manner. I need to be responsive to the needs of the couples that I work with and be prepared to be flexible and creative as need be. As a bridal couple, this is what you should be able to expect of your Celebrant.
